Basic information
The 'A' series autoclaves comprise four main units: a sterilization chamber, a special system for pumping the air out of the chamber, a heating system for heating between the drying process and a microprocessor control.
The sterilization chamber, the water reservoir, the doors and the trays are made of a high-quality stainless steel. The closed system provides the use of the same water for multi-sterilization and at the same time it prevents steam being released into the work space. These units are designed to sterilize various solid materials, plastics, rubbers, fabrics and liquids.
Process control
A high capability of the micro processing control provides:
- Sterilization of solid and porous materials of all kinds
- Sterilization of liquids in open and closed systems
- Five different sterilization programmes
- The selection of temperature sterilization of 100°C - 135°C
- Time selection of the sterilization in the duration of 1 - 90 minutes
- Time selection of drying eover a period of 1 - 90 minutes
- The selection of 10 different speed rates of cooling when the liquid sterilization is completed
- The connection of the printer for documenting the procedure with the possibility to print:
- During the sterilization procedure
- When the sterilization procedure is completed
- The entire sterilization procedure
- The working day
- The last 50 procedures
Automatic and fast operation
When activating the desired programme, the process is operated completely automatically. The effective heating and the exceptional insulation enable the autoclave cycle to be completed in a short period of time.
In the event of the temperature probe replacement, the required corrections can be quickly executed with an integrated programme.
