A flexible supplier when purchasing digesters
Digesters are completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. In special cases, they can be made of aluminium profiles and tempered glass.
Digesters are basically equipped with illumination, a fan and sockets to connect other devices.
The front surface is made of tempered glass and inserted in guides so that it can be easily lifted or lowered. The glass has two openings at the front (approx. 150mm), through which the hands can be inserted for easy operation in the digester. The openings are equipped with interlocks made of acrylic glass so that they are easily closed when not in operation. The glass is attached in a special guiding system, which prevents jamming and places the glass in the desired position with the minimum use of force. All edges are turned up to prevent the eventual spillage of fluids.
Digesters can be placed on a working table or a counter. In most cases they are mounted together with a cabinet-shaped lower support connected to the extraction system so that it serves as a chemical storage.
Digesters can be equipped with different additional parts:
- Funnel and pipe
- Instantaneous water heater for hot water
- Gas pipe
- Compressed air
- UV light
