All products are tested and calibrated before delivery
The last production phase in our laboratory is intended for testing and calibrating, regardless of the type of appliance. When testing the products, all important parameters are monitored and corrected, if required. We execute the measurements under our measuring protocols which are in accordance with the existing standards. Our entire measuring equipment provides measurement traceability to national and international standards.
In this way, we guarantee that our clients purchase products which have passed the performance tests in their environment.
Our calibration services
Temperature measurements
The temperature is the most important parameter for many of our products. Temperature distribution around the working space (its uniformity) is essential for most of our products.
The temperature is measured in a number of locations inside the appliance's working space. Measuring probes are evenly placed around the chamber and their purpose is to measure the temperature uniformity and stability. On the basis of the results of these measurements, we can then correct the regulation parameters, if required. The temperature range of our measurements is between -40°C and 1,000°C.
Relative humidity measurements
Relative humidity is also calibrated within the range from 10%Rh to 95%Rh in the case of products with a relative humidity regulation.
The pressure – vacuum measurements
The range in which we execute the pressure calibrations, is from 0.001 bar to 6 bars.
Carbon dioxide concentration measurements
Special products such as CO2 incubators also require verification and calibration of the amount of CO2 present. The concentration and calibration can be executed within the range from 0.1 to 20% CO2.
User level process validation
When using the appliance, it is actually more important to execute the validation of the work processes than the calibration of a certain quantity. This validation guarantees a consistent product and service quality. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the user level process is periodically checked. The validations can be executed under our or our client's validation protocols.
